Damaged Items

While we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur during transit. In the event that your order arrives with broken jars, burners, boxes, or snapped candles, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange, provided that the damage occurred during transit. Due to the nature of our products, broken melts will not be eligible for return as they are designed to be broken & melted upon use.

Change of Mind

If you have a change of heart about your purchase, we understand. Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided that the items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
